What is an intimate wedding?
A small, meaningful ceremony with just the two of you or a few of the people closest to you. Legally, it’s the same as any other wedding.
Is an online intimate wedding legally binding?
Yes. Your license is issued by Utah County and your marriage is recorded there, so you receive an official Utah marriage certificate.
Do we need witnesses?
Yes, two witnesses are required. Friends or family can be there with you or join by video, or we can provide them for you.
Can family watch, even if it’s small?
Absolutely. Keep the ceremony small and let everyone else join live online with our livestream and personal wedding page.
How long is the ceremony?
You choose. Pick a short and simple “I do” or a longer ceremony with readings and personal vows. Each option is on our pricing page.
